We ship all cups and accessories from our warehouse in Taranaki, New Zealand.
We ship to most countries around the world. Our shipping page provides shipping time-frames and costs.
We do not discount shipping unless a discount code is provided. All actual costs of ”shipping” are passed directly on to you.
When determining your total shipping time, please ensure you have allowed for packaging time and shipping from our warehouse. Packaging time will vary and will be updated on our “Shipping” pages on the website.
Please ensure you take the time to fill out your contact and delivery details on the checkout page. lu-saint.co.nz does not take any responsibility for non-delivery or late delivery due to incomplete recipient details or incorrect delivery addresses.
Returns and Change of Mind

We will replace any cup that has been delivered in damaged condition, providing you have contacted us within 7 days of your order date. We ask that you retain the entire product as we will generally only replace the damaged component.
We cannot process a return for a change of mind, however you can contact Customer Care if you would like to change your cup for a different colour. You must notify us within 7 days and you must return the item to us (at your cost) within 7 days of the delivery date of your order. We cannot accept the Exchange if there is no stock in the new chosen colour. Confirmation of the new chosen colour must be achieved by contacting Customer Care before sending your cup back to us.
